1. Who we are

Wonderly Ventures Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17193059), registered office 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Our ICO registration number will be published here prior to public launch. Contact: amy@wonderlyventures.com

2. What we collect

Very little: your name and email if you contact us or register interest in one of our brands, plus the technical basics (IP address, browser type) in server logs for security. No advertising trackers, no data brokers.

3. How we use it

To reply to you, to tell you about the brands you asked to hear about (unsubscribe any time), and to keep the site secure. That's it.

4. Who we share it with

Only the services that make this site work: Supabase (database, EU/UK region), Resend (email), and our hosting providers. We never sell your data.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or hand it over in a portable format. Email amy@wonderlyventures.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We only set cookies that are strictly necessary. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.

7. Complaints

If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
